Ms. McManaman has extensive experience in audit, forensic accounting, class action settlement administration, litigation consulting, and operations in a variety of industries. With more than 20 years as a Certified Public Accountant, she currently works on investigations involving financial fraud and accounting irregularities as well as directing projects in the YSA Digital Discovery practice. Her work involves fact finding, analyzing business transactions and providing electronic data discovery services including project management and document production. Adept at directing multiple outside law firms, consulting firms and vendors, in-house legal and corporate information security personnel, Ms. McManaman regularly oversees attorney relevancy reviews and privilege screenings. She tackles the daunting task of document review via web-based repositories with ease, collecting millions of documents for any single engagement.
Ms. McManaman celebrates many successes during her tenure with leading accounting and consulting firms including Kenneth Leventhal and Company, Price Waterhouse, and Navigant Consulting, Inc. She led a team in one of the largest billion-dollar patent-infringement cases in the United States involving bank check processing. Her attention to detail has proved invaluable as she managed the production of documents for SEC investigations in response to regulatory subpoenas and requests for information from regulatory agencies and outside counsel alike. Her insight was integral to a billion-dollar class action settlement involving pension fund claims for over 11,500 pension plans and over 250,000 participants. Her ability to establish and implement procedures was central to a compliance examination of a multi-million dollar ARM loan portfolio on behalf of a major lender as well as to the closings of financial institution branches on behalf of the Resolution Trust Corporation.

Ms. McManaman has managed numerous digital investigations and has acquired expertise in internal accounting investigations, regulatory compliance matters, sub-prime lending and securities fraud.
