David S. Weber has over 15 years of experience as a trial attorney and litigation consultant. As a trial attorney Mr. Weber specialized in complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. He later served as Discovery Practices Counsel for a national electronic discovery services company and as Director in the Discovery Services practice at a national litigation consulting firm. David has extensive experience in leading computer forensic investigations, creating discovery strategies for clients involved in large scale discovery matters, and assisting corporate clients with data retention and recovery policies. He has represented clients such as Microsoft, Sprint, Shell Corporation, Bose, and Haliburton. He has also worked with law firms such as DLA Piper, K&L Gates LLP, Carrington Coleman, Fish & Richardson P.C., Jones Day, Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP, Alston & Bird LLP, and Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. on matters relating to their clients. He has a reputation for diplomacy, and for bringing attorneys, clients and technicians to a consensus regarding complex technological and legal issues.
